Individual Session: $120

I am a participating provider with the following insurance companies:

If your insurance carrier is not listed above, I would be happy to provide you with the necessary information to submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement. I am consistently adding new insurance companies, so please check back! I can also accommodate out-of-network clients.

Payment can be made in the form of Check, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Health Savings Account (HSA) Card.
