Individual Session: $130

I am a participating provider with the following insurance companies:

-Capital Blue Cross

-Highmark/Blue Cross Blue Shield

-Medicare

-Optum (United Healthcare)

-UPMC

If your insurance carrier is not listed above, I would be happy to provide you with the necessary information to submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement. 

Payment can be made in the form of Check, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Health Savings Account (HSA) Card.
